Overview of Product Portfolio
Welcome to the Tyrer Sorrel Product Portfolio (Version 4.4). Tyrer Sorrel is the trading name of Mark Bryce. Whilst the portfolio now includes a range of Member Only Services this site is still open to all Tyrer Sorrel customers. However you will now gain more from Tyrer Sorrel by becoming a member of our Connected Membership Services.

The Tyrer Sorrel Product Portfolio is built on three connected themes:

  • Information ('Planning for Success' and other learning resources)
  • Membership (Clubs, Project Teams and shared experiences)
  • Media (Print/Promotion Products and Innovation/Brand Workshops).

    All of our Live events are bespoke and "Network Lounge Enabled". This means each event is tailored to our customer's exact needs and we can support them with a range of online and offline resources and support materials delivered in a relaxed multimedia environment. We aim to make all of our Live events "Entertaining learning experiences that are stress free from start to finish".

    Products
    For each core theme there are a range of related products and services that make up the full TS4 Product Portfolio. We aim to deliver all products and services within 14 days (Please note that this period does not apply to books and other small stock items which are delivered faster). However we will also deliver products and services within 7 days (add 50% to the product price) or "Same Day" (add 100% to the product price).

    F - (Packet up to 5KG) £15.95

    A - (Parcel Band 10 - 12KG) £25.95
    B - (Parcel Band 12 - 24KG) £39.95
    C - (Parcel Band up to 30KG) £49.95 - No Increase in price since 2006
    G - (Special Items) £POA
    All items delivered Next Day (UK) except Band G which is Next Day (09.00).

    We are also pleased to say that we have not increased the price on the majority of our key products and services since 2003. Also since 2004 a number of our items have been available as "Double Up and Save" (buy two of the Double Up items and you will receive £100 off the price).

    Finally we are confident that if you compare our service, quality and "like for like" price with your current supplier you will see the difference. In fact one of our Design Manager items will save you £250 on the average industry price whilst still being delivered by a member of our Premier Supplier Portfolio. We do not compromise quality for price.

    • Tyrer Sorrel will provide fast, easy and consistent delivery of a toolbox of communication products and services which are supported by an exclusive range of web integrated membership services. The range will include: high quality and bespoke multi speaker events, change and communication products, links to sport, travel, team and adventure activities. The range will focus on the emotion created by a great and immersive movie, concert or sporting drama. We will deliver shared experiences to "recharge, escape, laugh and learn"

    • Tyrer Sorrel will advance the product range through new technology and specialist knowledge tailored to customer's individual needs

    • Tyrer Sorrel will develop Premier Supplier Portfolios and partnerships to benefit customers. We will pay all invoices at least 10 days in advance of due dates and embrace good payment practice, seeking it in return

    • Tyrer Sorrel will create and develop the best customer support and loyalty programmes. We will keep our best customers and develop long term relationships with them. Every customer will receive a 10% discount on their next order for a period of 3 months

    • Tyrer Sorrel will create and develop honest and "fair to all" sales campaigns to maintain the growth of the business. We will pass on price benefits to customers and provide desirable products with a premium value

    • Tyrer Sorrel will embrace customer comment and seek to learn from product failure. We will make continued improvements and develop innovative product packages that can be customised and used to their full potential
